Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Brahmi collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need.

What we collect

• Account information you provide, such as your email address.
• Your in-app activity — onboarding answers, check-ins, streaks, goals, and reading progress — used to power your experience.
• Basic technical and device data needed to run and improve the app.
• The dates on which you open the app. We record the calendar date only — never the time of day, how long you stayed, which screens you viewed, or your location.

How we use it

• To provide and personalise your experience and track your progress.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the app.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
• To show you your own activity history, and to confirm account activity if you contact us about your account, a subscription, or a refund.

How it’s stored

Much of your data is stored on your device for an instant, offline-friendly experience, and synced to our backend (Supabase) so it survives reinstalls and works across devices.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the app (such as hosting and authentication) under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.

Your choices & rights

• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
• You can disable notifications anytime in Settings.
• You can stop using the app and request account deletion.

Data retention & security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable measures to protect your data, though no method is perfectly secure.

Children

Brahmi is suitable for people of all ages. We collect only what the app needs in order to work, we do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.

If you are a parent or guardian and would like information about your child removed, email codentas@gmail.com and we will delete it.
