Delete Your Account

You can delete your Brahmi account and all the data in it at any time, directly from the app. This page explains how, what gets removed, and how to reach us if you can no longer sign in.

Delete your account from the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.

• Open Brahmi and go to the Profile tab.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account".
• Confirm twice — the second prompt lists exactly what will be erased.
• Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

If you cannot sign in

Email codentas@gmail.com from the email address on your Brahmi account and ask us to delete it. We verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting, and we complete verified requests within 30 days.

Please include the email address you signed up with so we can find the account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following, from both our servers and the device you delete it on:

• Your account and login credentials, including your email address.
• Your streak, check-in history and check-in answers.
• Your journal entries and anything you recorded about urges or setbacks.
• Your goals, reasons and saved personal notes.
• Your meditation sessions.
• Your bookmarks and reading history.
• Your onboarding answers, reminder settings and in-app preferences.

What this does not cover

• Purchase and billing records held by Google Play or Apple. Those belong to the app store, not to us — manage or cancel a subscription through your store account.
• Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store as well, or it will keep renewing.
• Emails you have sent us are kept as ordinary support correspondence unless you ask us to remove them.

Timing and backups

Deletion from our live database is immediate and cannot be undone — there is no grace period and no way for us to restore the account afterwards.

Residual copies may remain in routine encrypted database backups for a short period until those backups are rotated and overwritten. They are not accessible from the app and are not used for any purpose.
